Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide the low hydrogen coated electrode giving the welding metal having excellent high temp. characteristic of high safety in the case of welding the Cr-Mo steel for high temp. made by coating a specific coating material besides a metallic carbonate, metallic fluoride and Mg on the circumference of the steel core wire in specific components composition. CONSTITUTION:The following coating is executed on the steel core wire contg. 0.05-0.10 C, 0.02-0.25 Si, 0.50-1.10 Mn, 2.00-3.50 Cr, 0.80-1.50 Mo, 0.40-0.60 V and 0.10-0.40W, in wt.%. Namely, the coating material contg. the deoxidizing agent excepting the following, arc stabilizer and caking material, besides the 30-70 wt.% metallic carbonate of BaCO3, etc., 5-30 wt.% metallic fluoride of CaF2, etc., and 0.5-5.0 wt.% Mg is coated on the circumference of said steel core wire. The coating material weight in this case is made at 25-35 % for the electrode weight and after coating the baking is executed at 300-350 deg.C for removing the moisture and the coated electrode of this invention is obtd. |
