Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suck and remove a foreign matter presented on the periphery of a pellet by a vacuum suction port at the time of sucking by vacuum the pellet by a collet by providing the port for sucking the matter on the periphery of the collet for sucking by vacuum the pellet released from an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A pellet taking device is formed with a vacuum suction port 10 for sucking a foreign matter on the periphery of a collet 6 for sucking by vacuum a pellet 1 released from an adhesive tape 2. The matter presented on the periphery of the pellet is sucked and removed by the port 10 at the time of sucking by vacuum the pellet 1 by the collet 6 to prevent the matter from dropping on the pellet to adhere to the surface of the pellet. When the port 10 is relatively movably provided with respect to the collet 6, the matter generated on the periphery of the pellet can be effectively sucked and removed by the relatively positional change.
