Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To supply an Li thin film without generating any crack and tear by making a band-form Li thin film to lie between the endless belts consisting of the upper row and the lower row rotary belts and currying it while holding it between a pair of fingers. CONSTITUTION:An Li thin film 34 is pulled out from a feeder mechanism 28 for being shifted to the part between the respective endless belts 6 and 11 of an upper stage rotary belt mechanism 7 and a lower stage rotary belt mechanism 12. Next, fingers 25a and 25b are closed, while the fingers 25a and 25b hold the belts 6 and 11. When a carrier mechanism 13 is operated under this condition, thin film 34 between the belts 6 and 11 is shifted. Next, the fingers 25a and 25b are opened, while the thin film 34 lying between the belts 6 and 11 is released from being held therebetween, and the thin film 34 is sent to a cutting device. Thereby, the soft thin film 34 generates no crack and tear thus this thin film 34 can be supplied to the side of the prescribed cutting device or the like.
