Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable measurement of frequency at a high accuracy with the removal of noise frequency components, by counting the frequency of a signal with a spacial frequency corresponding to a speed to control the pass band of a band pass filter according to the spacial frequency. CONSTITUTION:A signal of light received by a CCD line sensor 1 is applied to a frequency measuring device 12 through an amplifier 2, an AC amplifier 3, an A/D converter 4, adders 5 and 6, a subtractor 7, an amplifier 8, a D/A converter 9, an integrator 10 and a band pass filter 11. The frequency measuring device 12 and a microcomputer 13 count the cycle of the frequency of a signal inputted to determine a speed and a moving distance is obtained by time integration. Then pass band of band pass filter 11 is controlled according to a spacial frequency of a signal with a measured frequency by a microcomputer 13.
