Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control reduction in the period of lamination of an iron core as well as to prevent its positional deviation by a method wherein leg blank plates of the core are laminated by shifting them by a lapping dimension in a cutting process of the legs, they are formed in a block shape, the leg blocks are collectively arranged at a prescribed position, and a yoke is combined with the leg block. CONSTITUTION:The copper band 5, fed from an uncoiler 4 and fed into a feeding roller 6, is cut obliquely at an angle of 45 deg. by means of a rotary shear 7, and a leg blank plate 2A is obtained. The leg blank plates 2A are laminated layer by layer at a pick-out position by shifting them by a prescribed lapping dimension, and a leg 2 formed in a block shape is obtained. Then, an iron core is laminated alternately by arranging a yoke 3 at the prescribed position in such a manner that it is engaged with the leg 2 layer by layer, and an iron core 1 is obtained. As a result, the laminating period of the iron core can be reduced sharply, and the iron core having no positional deviation can be obtained.
