APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING AMORPHOUS METAL MAGNETIC CORE

PURPOSE:To obtain a wound material of amorphous magnetic metal thin band automatically in a short period by inputting, as an input program to a controller, precedingly the operation sequences of a winding jig driver, a winding jig transfer apparatus and the first and second clamps. CONSTITUTION:A first cutter and a second cutter 8, 9 are provided along the path of an amorphous magnetic metal thin band 15 and an adhesive tape 16 and the amorphous magnetic metal thin band 15 is given adequate tension with a tension roller 13. With a controller, operations of the first and second winding jig transfer cylinders 4, 5 and the first and second clamps 6, 7 are controlled by a program previously input. Moreover, operation of a rotating shaft 1, particularly a number of rotations thereof is controlled so that a constant winding weight can be obtained from a result of measurement of the first and second measuring apparatuses.
