Further, aluminum-made charging pipes 2 are fitted onto both end parts of the steel sleeve 1 and the aluminum sleeve 4 is fitted onto the outer peripher ies of both the steel sleeve 1 and charging pipe 2. An airtight container is pro vided in the external-diameter part of the steel sleeve 1 to protect an optical fiber connection part double. |
