Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain an initial discriminating circuit of a simple constitution for necessitating no other system power source nor no-break power source, by latching a discharge state of a capacitor terminal voltage until the power source is disconnected, and thereafter, turned on again, to a D-type flip-flop circuit at the time of turning on the power source. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is provided with a D-type flip-flop circuit 1, a power source state input circuit 2 for supplying a state voltage for expressing a terminal voltage of a capacitor 24 which is charged and discharged by turning on and off a power source, as a first input of the D-type flip-flop circuit 1, and a clock pulse generating circuit 3 for generating a clock pulse as a second input of the D-type flip-flop circuit 1 in accordance with turn-on of the power source, latching the state voltage being the first input of the D-type flip-flop circuit 1, and outputting it as an initial discriminating output from the D-type flip-flop circuit 1. In such a way, status information for discriminating whether an initial is applied or not in accordance with a time constant determined by the capacitor and a discharge use resistance can be obtained without necessitating an other system power source or a no-break power source. |
