Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To open and close and fix a shutter in simple ways by suppressing the shift of a knob in the lateral direction and opening and closing the shutter, permitting the knob to shift, by pressing down the knob, when the knob is at a rising position. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter is at an opening or closing position, the knob flange 16 of a knob 15 is inserted into the fixed holes 19 and 20 on a knob guide 18, and the knob 15 is set at a knob fixed position by a spring 17. Therefore, the knob 15 can not move into a guide groove 21 continuous to the fixed holes 19 and 20, and the knob 15 is fixed at that position, and the shift of a shaft 14 and the shutter is suppressed. When the knob 15 is shifted for a knob shaft 14 and set at a knob shift position, the knob 15 can pass in the guide groove 21. Therefore, the shutter can be opened and closed and fixed in simple ways.
