Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively make cooling air flow to core part of noodle ball and to shorten cooling time of noodle ball, by letting air blow from a cooling air feed mechanism through a great number of small holes of an air blowing face made close to the noodle ball upon the noodle ball transferring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In noodle ball transfer mechanism 4, noodle balls to be cooled are successively fed and transported. The titled device has an air blowing face 7 equipped with a great number of bored small holes and an air box 3 connected to a cooling air feed mechanism 6 is set in a noodle ball transportation passageway by the noodle ball transfer mechanism 4. The air blowing face is brought into contact with the noodle ball or made extremely close to the noodle ball and blows cooling air upon the noodle ball. Consequently, the cooling air is let to effectively flow to the core part of the noodle ball and cooling time of noodle ball can be shortened.
