GRANULATION TERMINAL CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To correctly control the granulation terminal by providing a high speed take-in device taking out the electric signal sent from a converter and a detecting and controlling device for granulation terminal using the characteristic frequency component obtained from the above mentioned electric signal. CONSTITUTION:The granulation terminal and the equation between the grain diameter and characteristic frequency component, etc., are paged in advance from a computer 5 in which the above-mentioned data of each product are stored, and the control values of granulation are set. Before the spraying of binder, an agitating rotor 14 is driven for a specified time to homogenize the material. Then, the binder is adequately sprayed through a spray nozzle 28 controlling the amount of spray due to a data base, and, at the same time, the state of granulation is arranged by the probe 12 for detecting granulation terminal. The judgement whether the granulator should be stopped or not is made by collating the measured value with the target granulation terminal signal.
