TRANSCUTANEOUS ABSORBEFACIENT AND EXTERNAL DRUG FOR SKIN CONTAINING SAID ABSORBEFACIENT

PURPOSE:To obtain a transcutaneous absorbefacient having excellent absorbefacient effect of drug active component and satisfiable safety and feeling to the skin, by using an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant free from nitrogen atom in the molecule as active components. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent contains one or more kinds of anionic surfactants (e.g. fatty acid soap, ether carboxylic acid and its salt, alkylsulfonic acid salt and sulfosuccinic acid salt) and one or more kinds of nonionic surfactants free from nitrogen atom in the molecule (e.g. sorbitan monooleate and sorbitan monoisostearate) as active components. The drug active component to increase its activity by the use of the above transcutaneous absorbefacient is e.g. predonisolone, indomethacin and chlorpheniramine. The drug active component can be quickly absorbed through the skin by mixing with the absorbefacient and applying to the skin.
