MULTISTAGE BACK-UP METHOD FOR CLASSIFYING HYSTERESIS IN CONVERTER

PURPOSE:To safely and rapidly execute operation with the min. changing by extracting the correspondent NEXT backup table together with backup table to occurrence of abnormality in a gas supply piping for a converter, to execute the backup at multistage. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormality occurs in the piping during supplying gas at the prescribed kind of piping route in the converter, the backup is executed by changing the piping by he computer processing. In the classified hysteresis multistage backup method, an abnormal factor No. is detected from the abnormality correction file F1 for each piping and the abnormal factor file F2 for each process. Further, an abnormal gas bit No. is detected from the used gas bit file F3 and the abnormal file F4. From this No. and the backup gas table No. selected among the used gas kinds, the correspondent backup data and NEXT backup gas table No. in the backup gas table T are extracted. Based on this data, the backup is executed and also when some abnormality again occurs, by the NEXT No. of backup data, the backup is immediately executed.
