Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I {A is pyridyl, imidazolyl, formula II [X is halogen, cyano, formyl, (substituted)lower alkyl, etc.]; R1 and R2 are H, (substituted)alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; formula III is N-containing heterocyclic of 5-10 members which may contain O and N besides, salt thereof and complex thereof. EXAMPLE:Methyl-4-pyridylketon-1-{1-(imidazole-1-yl)}propylidene hydrazone. USE:A cardiotinic agent having reduced toxicity and side effect as well as safeness. PREPARATION:The aimed compound is obtained by reacting a compound expressed by formula IV with a compound expressed by formula V.
