Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To coat strongly a plastic molded item with an ultraviolet curing coating without any limitation of the composition of the ultraviolet curable paint, by coating a molding face of a mold for molding a plastic with the ultraviolet curing type paint, curing it by irradiation with an ultraviolet ray, forming a primer layer on the surface of the cured coating and molding the plastic. CONSTITUTION:At first, the inner face of a mold for molding a plastic is coated with an ultraviolet curable paint. Then, the paint is cured by irradiation with an ultraviolet ray. The ultraviolet curing type paint is composed of component such as an ultraviolet curing type oligomer, an ultraviolet curing type monomer, photoinitiator and so on and if necessary, an ultraviolet curing type paint containing an organic solvent is used. A primer layer is formed on the cured film of the ultraviolet curable paint. As the primer layer, a room temp. curable paint such as an acrylic resin paint and a urethane resin paint is preferable. As the primer layer, silane coupling agents can be used. A plastic material is molded by using the mold where the cured coating of the ultraviolet curing type paint and the primer layer are integrally inmold-coated.
