Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make wind force utilizable to the maximum, by radially projecting plural sheets of runners to a windmill body, and installing each runner so as to make its attitude successively alterable into such a position that will not receive the wind force within the rotational range of a head wind. CONSTITUTION:A windmill 6 made up of installing plural sheets of runners 8 (9) radially from a windmill body 7 is set up in the upper part of a windmill mounting tower 5, and each configuration angle theta of these runners 8 is set to an equiangular interval. At this time, as for these runners 8, the runner moves within the range of an area to be shown in an arrow W is set down to an operating runner 8 and another one to be moved within the range of an area shown in an arrow Y to a nonoperational runner 9, respectively. And, these runners are so constituted that the operating runner 8 takes its attitude face to a wind flow 12, but the nonoperational runner 9 takes its attitude so as to reduce the area toward the wind. This attitude changing is made so as to be successively performed with rotation of the windmill 6 via a gear mechanism, as making the servomotor installed in the windmill body 7 a driving source. |
