Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the traction control performance by correcting one control quantity within an engine output control means and a brake control means in the increasing direction when the control performance by the other control is deteriorated due to a slip. CONSTITUTION:The engine output is controlled by the opening adjustment of a main throttle valve 10, and a shutter valve 18 is provided to open a bypass passage 14 when the main throttle valve 10 fails. When the traction control performance of the engine output is deteriorated due to a failure of the shutter valve 18, a signal changing the brake constant is outputted, and the brake constant used to calculate the brake control pressure is increased by a traction control unit in response to this signal. Accordingly, the brake control quantity is made larger than at the normal time, and the braking action by a brake for the traction control is augmented so as to supplement the deterioration of the traction control performance of the engine output.
