Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce Mg alloy product having high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high temp. creep resistance and a little outer shrinkage and gas blow hole, by casting the Mg alloy containing Al, Mn, Si at the specific wt. rate range by no-blow-hole die casting method. CONSTITUTION:The Mg alloy containing 3.7-4.8wt.% Al for giving the mechanical strength and preventing the development of outer shrinkage, 0.22-0.48wt.% Mn for preventing lowering of the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance caused by crystallization and further 0.69-1.4wt.% Si for preventing the outer shrinkage and giving the high temp. creep resistance, is used and the no-blow-hole casting is executed by active gas replacing die casting method. In this way, the Mg alloy product having excellent light weight vibrating absorption becomes the sound product without developing gas blow hole and outer shrinkage.
