CONSTITUTION:2.5-30kg/m bentonite, 0.5-10kg/m calcium hydroxide and trace metallic salt or metallic oxide (e.g. as metal, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Cd and W, etc., are shown) are added into fermentation liquid in 0.1-20g/m as total metal and it is fermented. Thereby a stable fermentation state can be maintained.
