Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a nozzle as well as the vibration of combustion without precluding the whirling of combustion air, by a method wherein a secondary inner sleeve and a secondary outer sleeve are provided between the flow passageways of secondary air and third air and an annular flat section is formed at the tip ends of the sleeves, while gas nozzles are arranged movably in the axial direction of the sleeve so that gas nozzles penetrate through a space between sleeves and the flat section. CONSTITUTION:The title combustion device is provided with a secondary injection port 22 around an outer plate 9, a flat section 26, provided with a plurality of gas nozzles around the secondary injection port 22, a third guide sleeve 25, provided around the flat section 26, and a third injection port 24, provided around the guide sleeve 25. Gas fuel 10 is supplied to a gas manifold 13 and is supplied into a furnace through a gas supplying pipe 11 and the gas nozzles 12. These gas nozzles 12 are movable by a predetermined amount in the axial direction of a burner. According to this method, third air can be provided with strong whirling without receiving flow resistance by the gas nozzles; therefore, the third air may contribute sufficiently to the combustion of unburnt mixture at the outside or the rear stream of the combustion flames of primary and secondary air.
