CONSTITUTION:A display means P2 displays the inputted character string and a sentence in the part, which is in the vicinity of the character string at the time of outputting sentences by a printing means P1, out of generated sentences with the same arrangement as the output format of the printing means P1 in case of input and setting of the character string. That is, an operator can input the character string while confirming the actual print format because the display means P2 displays the inputted character string with the same arrangement as the output format of the printing means P1 in case of input and setting of the character string.
