Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily input insertion data while seeing a table to cope with the variable length of input data by displaying the table stored in an insertion data table storage means on a display means in case of generation of insertion data and changing the input area in the table by an input area changing means. CONSTITUTION:Insertion data B corresponding to a label name is inserted to the position, which is designated by the label name, in fundamental document data A to generate a print document. In case of generation of this insertion data B, the table where insertion data corresponding to the label name stored in an insertion data table storage means F is inputted is displayed on a display means E through a data table display means G. An operator inputs insertion data from an input means H while seeing this table. Since the input area in the table can be changed by a data area changing means I, the variable length of input data is coped with.
