DOCUMENT PREPARING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily correct, remodel and prepare a document without fail by inputting a printed document, overlapping and displaying the document in the condition of an image and the result to character-recognize it and correcting the recognizing error while the displaying is watched. CONSTITUTION:A printed document is inputted from an image scanner 11, and a control part 16 displays it with a blue color at a displaying part 14 in the condition of the image and sends it to a character recognizing part 13. The character recognizing part 13 recognizes and codes the character of the image, and sends the information of the character code, the size of the character and the position of the character to a control part 16. The control part 16 makes the sent code into an image by a character font held by itself, and displays it with a yellow color at the displaying part 14 by matching the size and position of the character to an original image-inputted document. In the displaying, the part, in which the blue color and the yellow color are overlapped, come to be the white color. Here, a character recognizing ratio is 100%, the character font of the image-inputted document is the same as the character font held by the control part 16, and then, the displaying by the displaying part 14 is completely overlapped and characters come to be all the white color.
