Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manufacture a core that is free from deviation of position in a short time by laminating core raw material plates, thereby shifting their lap dimensions each other and by forming yokes after inserting the core raw material plates in both end faces of uneven legs formed, thereby manufacturing a square-shaped core. CONSTITUTION:A lower tank flange 2 is formed at the vicinity of an upper plane of the lower tank 1 and a coil 3 having a coil aperture 4 is prepared in the tank 1 so that it protrudes in the upper direction. Having the prescribed height, four pieces of legs 7A' that are in the form of blocks are formed by laminating core raw material plates sheet by sheet after shifting their lap dimensions and two pieces of the legs 7A' are placed on a tank holder 5 located at a lower part of the aperture 4 and then another two pieces of the legs 7A' are placed on a spacer 6. After that, the core raw material plates are inserted in both uneven end faces of the legs 7A' and a square-shaped core 7 is manufactured around the coil 3 after forming the yoke 7B. Thus this approach reduces time for manufacturing cores and removes deviation of position of the whole core.
