MOVABLE TRAY TYPE SORTER

PURPOSE:To obtain a precise locus of a sheet so as to eliminate the possibility of bending and folding sheets to be stored in a plurality of trays by forming a curved surface having a curvature equal to that of the upper surface of a conveying bed, in each of the trays. CONSTITUTION:Each side surface of a conveying bed 71 is so formed that the height h2 of the side surface on the conveyance terminating side is higher than the height h1 on the sheet receiving side, and a concave curved surface 82 having curvature which gradually increases from the sheet receiving surface to the conveyance terminating side, is formed in the upper surface of the conveying bed 71. Further, a concave curved surface 83 having the same curvature as that of the conveyance terminating side of the conveying bed 71 is formed in each tray 65. Accordingly, when a printing sheet 81 is conveyed on the conveying bed 71, it is gradually curled so to have a rigidity with no deformation by the action of the concave curved surface 82 and a suction fan 78, thereby it can be ejected without being floated and bent in the bin.
