Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control the control voltage of a voltage control oscillator by a control circuit of one system and to easily execute a stable adjustment by switching the control voltage of the voltage controlled oscillator to a maximum voltage at the time of a free run and at the same time switching the reference voltage of a horizontal deflecting power circuit to a minimum voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a horizontal synchronizing signal 12 is not inputted, the input voltage of the voltage controlled oscillator 4 is raised near to a supply voltage applied to a terminal 19 and the voltage controlled oscillator 4 oscillates at a maximum oscillating frequency. The reference voltage 13 inputted to the power circuit 8 is lowered to a voltage decided by a zener diode 43 and the supply voltage of a horizontal deflecting output step is lowered to a voltage decided by this reference voltage. Therefore, since the control voltage of the voltage controlled oscillator is controlled only by an AFC control system, a stable and easily adjusted deflection control circuit can be provided. A problem of the excessive breakdown strength of the collector voltage of a horizontal output transistor is eliminated and a reliability is enhanced.
