Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To increase the steady flow length of molten metal and make a titled nozzle adaptable to a twin roll method by forming the ejection passage of the nozzle in such a way that the fluid resistance of the molten metal decreases on both end part sides in the longitudinal direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:An ejection passage 8B provided to a nozzle 8 having a slitlike ejection port 8A is formed in such a way that the ejection passage length l1 in the ejection direction of molten metal in the central part is longer than the ejection passage length l2 in both end parts in the longitudinal direction of the port 8A. Thereby, the resistance acting upon the molten metal flowing to the inside of the passage 8B from a heat resistant vessel 1 is increased in the central part of the passage 8B and is made smaller the nearer the two end parts. Hence, the fluidity of the molten metal 2 is larger the nearer the two end parts than the central part of the passage 8B, whereby the molten metal is ejected like belt and the steady flow length L is made long because it has good fluidity. |
