Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To automatically control the temperature of a tank liquid, by computing and setting the flow rate of a cooling water from a tank liquid temperature, a voltage for electrode and a cooling water temperature to feed back a detection value of the tank liquid temperature to a computed value. CONSTITUTION:A tank liquid introduction tube 4 and a sample injection tube 2 are provided on the top of a migration tank 1, a sample parcelling part 3 at the lower part thereof and electrodes 5 and 6 at both ends thereof. Voltage and current signals from an electrode voltage setter 9 are delivered to a heating value computing device 10 which computes the Joule heat of a tank liquid. The temperature of a tank liquid is detected with a tank liquid temperature detector 17 while the temperature of a cooling water, with a cooling water temperature detector 18. Then, the flow rate of a cooling water is computed and adjusted with a cooling water flow rate adjustor from values set with a tank liquid temperature setter 16 and a cooling water temperature setter 11, the detection temperature and a heating value computed. This enables control of the temperature of the tank liquid to equal a set value.
