Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a valve usable for a long period of time, by closing down the valve with flexible deformation by voltage of a piezoelectric flexible element and pressing force of a fluid out of a fluid inlet port. CONSTITUTION:In a case 1, one end of a piezoelectric flexible element 3 is fixed and supported by a fixed member 2. And, in a valve case 1, fluid outlet nozzle 5 is installed in a position to be opposed to the valve body 4 additionally installed in a free end of a piezoelectric plate 31, leading to a fluid outlet port 6 from this fluid outlet nozzle 5. The valve body 4 is pressed close to the fluid outlet nozzle 5 with flexible deformation to be produced by impressing voltage on the piezoelectric flexible element 3 and pressing force the inflow by a fluid inlet port 10 whereby the fluid is sealed.
