Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the base material for rigidly lined pipe for pipe line at low cost with no throttling of cross-sectional area of flow path at bend by a method wherein the base material consists of fibrous tubular core material and resin, with which the core material is impregnated and which cures by curing treatment, and the core material is elongated in the peripheral direction of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:As fibrous core material, woven goods, knitted goods, braid, nonwoven fabric, felt or the like can be used. As resin, which cures through curing treatment, thermosetting resin, which sets by thermosetting treatment, ultraviolet-curing resin, which cures through ultraviolet-curing treatment or electron radiation curing resin, which cures through electron radiation curing treatment is exampled. The, curing treatment is done under the condition that a base material is pressed by hydraulic pressure against the peripheral surface of the pipe line in order to form a pipe rigidly lined with the tightly adhered material to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe line. Accordingly, even if the hydraulic pressure is released afterwards, the lining pipe has a force for retaining the shape by its own rigidity.
