Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To manufacture a surface-treated steel sheet excellent in rust resistance and weldability, by forming, in order, an Ni-plating layer, a galvanizing layer, and an Sn-plating layer on the surface of a low-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet and then applying treatment at a specific temp. so as to form alloy layers composed of respective plating layers. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a low-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet, in order from the steel-sheet side, Ni stable in various corrosive environments is plated in an amount of 0.1-5.0g/m , and, on this layer, Zn excellent in rust resistance is plated in an amount of 0.05-1.5g/m , and further on the above layer, Sn excellent in weldability, surface color tone, and luster is plated in an amount of 0.05-2.8g/m . Subsequently, this plated sheet is heated up to >=200 deg.C by means of resistance heating, induction heating, etc., to alloy respective plating layers, so that layers of Zn-Ni alloy and Sn-Zn alloy, or layers of Zn-Ni alloy and Sn-Zn-Ni alloy, or layers of Zn-Ni alloy and Sn-Zn-Ni alloy and Sn-Zn alloy, or layers of Sn-Zn-Ni alloy and Sn-Zn alloy are formed on an Ni- plating layer, respectively. In this way, the surface-treated steel sheet excellent in rust resistance, seam weldability, and resistance to painting corrosion can be obtained. |
