Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent locally cured matter from being produced and not only prolong potlife but also realize favorable quality by a method wherein one liquid is mixed with the other liquid in such an order wherein it is successively and dividedly metered in the flow direction. CONSTITUTION:Mixing and dispersing parts 1, 2 and 3 are provided in a mixer, at one end of which a main liquid inlet 4 is provided and at the other end of which a mixed liquid outlet 5 is provided. On the other hand, the feeding device of a second liquid consists of pouring ports 7, 8 and 9 provided respectively on three pouring lines branched off from a main line, in which a fixed delivery pump 6 is provided. The second liquid to be poured in the mixer is trifurcatedly metered by means of the fixed delivery pump 6, flow meters 10 and 11 and poured from the pouring ports 7, 8 and 9 into the flow path in the mixer so as to be dispersedly mixed with the main liquid.
