Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To attain the exchange processing of high-speed signals in comparison with the access time of a memory by converting an input multiplexing signal to parallel, writing in plural memories simultaneously, reading them also simultaneously, and outputting the read out information selectively. CONSTITUTION:An x-bit y-multiplex signal through an in highway is divided into n-pieces of divisions by a separating circuit 2. Accordingly, on one piece of internal highway, a signal goes to x-bit y/n-multiplex signal. To the n-pieces of memories 1-1-1-n, signals separated by the circuit 2 are supplied in parallel, and written there simultaneously in accordance with write addresses from a control memory 4. Also, in accordance with read addresses from the circuit 4, the data are read out simultaneously from the respective memories 1-1-1-n, and a selector 3 selects a desired piece of x-bits from among the nXn pieces of x-bits, and output it to an out highway. Therefore, the access time of the memories 1-1-1-n needs to be only n/2 as fast as signal speed of the in/out highway.
