Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To manufacture a Cu alloy having high hardness and excellent in heat resistance, by heating a Cu alloy containing a specific percentage of Cr up to the liquidus temp., by solidifying the above at a specific cooling velocity, and by finely dispersing Cr into a matrix. CONSTITUTION:The Cu alloy consisting of 4-35wt% Cr and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities is heated up to the liquidus temp. and then solidified at >=500 deg.C/sec cooling rate. In this way, the Cu alloy in which Cr is finely dispersed into the matrix and which has superior thermal and electric conductivities and combines excellent hardness with heat resistance can be obtained. Further, on application of ageing treatment at 300-850 deg.C, characteristics such as hardness, etc., can be improved to a greater extent in this Cu alloy. |
