Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A rust preventing agent, consisting of a water-in-oil type emulsion containing a mixed wax, mineral oil, organic amine, water, etc., at a specific ratio and having suitable rust preventing power, drying rate of films, antisagging property, permeability, etc., without any danger of fire and influence on human bodies. CONSTITUTION:A rust preventing agent consisting of a water-in-oil type emulsion consisting essentially of (A) 10-50pts.wt. mixed wax of (i) 5-95pts.wt. wax having carboxyl groups in the molecule and (ii) 95-5pts.wt. wax having no carboxyl group in the molecule, (B) 5-50pts.wt. mineral oil, (C) an organic amine in an amount of 1-4 equiv. based on 1 equiv. carboxyl group in the wax and (D) 5-45pts.wt. water. EFFECT:Chipping resistance is good without affecting coating materials.
