Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in weathering resistance and properties and prevented from chalking, by mixing a chlorinated resin with a metallic stabilizer, a specified epoxy compound and a hindered piperidine compound. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. chlorinated resin (A) (e.g., PVC) is mixed with 0.1-10 pts.wt. metallic stabilizer (B) [e.g., bis(dioctyltin butylmaleate)], 0.01-5pts.wt. normally solid epoxy compound (C) [e.g., tris(epoxypropyl) isocyanurate], 0.001-3pts.wt. hindered piperidine compound (D) [e.g., bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidyl) sebacate] and, optionally, an organic phosphite antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, etc. (E).
