NEAR-END DETECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To make sure of a residual quantity of paper sheets by an operator in a yet more accurate manner, by installing a counting device for near-end detection. CONSTITUTION:An operator sets paper sheets to each rack of a paper sheets set rack 1 in advance, and inputs the number of paper sheet set sheets in each rack into the issue remainder counter installed at every rack in a device control part 8 from an operating part 3. And, when paper sheets are added to each rack, the number of adding sheets is added to the issue remainder counter 9 from the operating part 3, and when they are taken out, subtraction takes place. When a paper sheet is issued normally, a device is automatically subtracting the issue remainder counter 9. When a jam and a reject happen there, the issue remainder counter 9 is no longer varied. In near-end detecting counter 10, when the operator sets the paper sheet to the initial and additional ones, it is processed as in the issue remainder counter 9, but when the jam and the reject happen there, it automatically substracts the number of sheets.
