CONTROL OF HOT-WATER SUPPLYING TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE:To permit the delivery of hot-water with a proper temperature immediately without waiting, by a method wherein a branch line is provided in a hot-water supplying line and a valve is attached to the end of the branch line while the valve is opened and closed by a controller. CONSTITUTION:A branch line 3 is provided near a hot-water supply cock 6 in a hot-water supplying line 7 and a water discharging pipe 5 is connected to the end of a valve 4 while the operation of the valve 4 is effected by a controller 2. The valve 4 is opened by a valve operating signal from the controller 2. Cool water in the hot-water supplying line 7 is replaced by hot-water from an end-closed type hot-water heater, a water heater or a hot-water supplier 1 and is discharged out of the water discharging pipe 5 through the branch line 3 and the valve 4. The valve 4 is closed at this time. When the hot-water supplying cock 6 is opened before the hot-water in the hot-water supplying line 7 is cooled, hot-water may be obtained immediately. However, a water heater or a hot-water supplier, on which this method can be applied, is limited to a type in which hot-water can be supplied from the water heater or the hot-water supplier when the hot-water cock is opened.
