AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To aim at decreasing the flow resistance and at stabilizing the sound of air blow-out, by providing a passage communicated with a vent duct, in a side surface of an air-mix door, and by disposing a heater bypass door in this passage, for shutting off the passage. CONSTITUTION:After inside air circulation or outside air introduction is selected by means of an intake-air, air is fed into an evaporator 3 by means of a blower motor 2 to be cooled. Further, during maximum cooling, a heater bypass door 6 is opened and an air-mix door 7 is also opened. Thereby the substantial part of cool air is led from a heater bypass blow-out passage into a vent duct 11, and thereafter, is blown into the passenger's compartment through blow-out ports. Meanwhile, during temperature regulation, the heater bypass door 6 is closed to allow the cool air to bypass a heater core 4 or to pass therethrough. That is, the ratio between the air bypassing the heater core 4 and the air passing through the heater core 4 is regulated by the air mix door 7 to control the temperature of blow-out air.
