Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in its productivity by reducing manufacturing man-hours, by a method wherein simultaneously with compression molding of first and second molded materials, chamfering molding is performed, in succession to which lap joining of both the molded materials is performed and then flashes joined to each other are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A first and second cavities c1, c2 are formed through division among a top force 11, a bottom force 12, and an intermediate force 13; molding materials COM1, COM2 flow under heating, and compression molding of a first and second molded materials m1, m2 is performed simultaneously at one operation. Then chamfering molding is performed on the outside of an end part of the fringe of bent fringes a1, a2 in the first and second molded materials m1, m2, and projected arc faces b1, b2 are formed. Then flashes f1, f2 connecting with the end part of the fringe are molded. Then the first and second molded materials m1, m2 are released from the intermediate force 13 by a pressing action of pressurized air. The joint areas of the first and second molded materials m1, m2 are confronted with each other by placing a holding frame 7 inbetween the joint areas. Clamping of the top and bottom forces 11, 12 is completed, both the molded materials m1, m2 and flashes f1, f2 are joined to each other reliably and cured completely under heating and pressurization.
