In this case, since the frame 4 and common base 1 are linked by the guide mechanism 11 which is mechanically inseparable, the frame 4 performs the deformation prevention of the common base 1. Consequently the escape of a strip is prevented by the traverse motion frame 4 and the accuracy of the welding connection part is improved.
