BAR CODE PRINT INSPECTING DEVICE FOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD PRINTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To remove a sheet with a different print before use by deciding whether or not bar code is printed without print speckles as predetermined when the bar code is printed on a corrugated cardboard sheet. CONSTITUTION:A positioning device 12 drives a motor 9 according to necessary input information to position a bar code reader 8 so that the reader 8 passes the center of the bar code as the corrugated cardboard sheet S is conveyed at a constant speed, and fixed it at the position. At bar code printing and deciding device 14 when receiving the start end detection signal of the sheet sensor 6 counts pulses from a pulse generator 13. When its counted value reaches a position set value A, the bar code is positioned right below the reader 8, which reads and inputs the bar code to the device 14. The device 14 reads the bar code in a specific area and compares it code pattern with the pattern of a reference bar code and when the comparison value is not within a permissible error range, a warning is generated and a defective sheet removing device, thereby removing the sheet S from a conveyance line.
