Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a thin liquid crystal display device with a touch panel having high contact even if a polarizing plate is omitted and canceling a Newton ring by laminating the touch panel to a liquid crystal display panel and sealing liquid crystal containing coloring matters into the touch panel. CONSTITUTION:Transparent electrode layers 22, 27 are formed on the surfaces of bases 21, 28 such as plastic films. Then, orientation films 23, 26 are formed on the layers 22, 27 and nematic liquid crystal 25 is inserted into the space between the films 23, 26 and sealed by seal members 24. Coloring matters are added to the liquid crystal 25 to improve a contrast value. Then, a touch key part A is set up on a twisted nematic liquid crystal panel B. Even if a polarizing plate is not arranged between the touch key part A and the liquid crystal panel B, the thin and rigid liquid crystal display device with the touch panel having a high contrast value and canceling a Newton ring can be obtained by inserting the liquid crystal containing the coloring matters into the touch panel part. |
