Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the extrusion of a packing by forming a gas packing seal portion with the lamination of fluororesin and fluororubber and forming through-holes or recesses on either the fluororesin or fluororubber. CONSTITUTION:Packing seal at the surrounding portion of an electrode 3 is performed with the sandwitch structure of fluororubber 10a, fluororesin 11 having through-holes 12 and fluororubber 10b. For example, the through-holes 12 of 3mm dia. are arranged at the intervals of several mm. Thereby, when a pressure is applied to the packing seal portion, the extrusion of the fluororubbers 10a, 10b to the periphery are prevented and absorbed in plural through-holes 12 mounted on the fluororesin 11, so that the cushion property and gas seal property of the packing seal is maintained.
