Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten a coil handling time by providing a clamp device at the front of a pinching roll and making a table telescopic and retreatable from a processing line by providing it between the clamp device and a clamp. CONSTITUTION:A truck 17 is traveled and a clamp 23 is released at a point D to move an opening head 21 from E to F and A. The tip of the coil 6 released at the point D is dropped on a table 13, passed through a table 12 and clamp device 16, stopped at the place passing a pinching roll 4 and clamped by the clamp device 16. A table frame 10 stands by until the coil 1 on a drum 2 is cleared away in the state of retreating to a driving side. With the coil 1 having been swept away a coil car is moved to the center of the drum 2 with feeding the tip of the coil 6 to the outlet side by driving the pinch roll 4 to fit the coil 6 to the drum 2. The delivery of a strip coil is then started again.
