FNEUMATIC TIRE

PURPOSE:To prevent noise in a tire having a plurality of block rows by making the pitch number of blocks different among the rows so that the pitch number of the blocks in at least one row is set to be greater than that in the minimum pitch number row by a predetermined value, and by arranging the minimum pitch number row outside of the center line of the tire. CONSTITUTION:In a tire having rows A through D of blocks, the pitch number of the blocks in the rows A through D are set to 2a through 2d, respectively, which are different from each other. Further, among these rows A through D, the pitch number of the blocks in at lease in one row is set to be greater than that in the minimum pitch row by more than 2 but less than double. For example, estimating that the pitch number of blocks is 30 in the row D, the pitch number of blocks in the row B is set to be 32 to 60, Further upon installation of the tire, the minimum pitch number row D is arranged outside of the tire circumferential line M. With this arrangement it is possible to reduce noise without deteriorating the maneuvering stability.
