Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent mechanical properties from deteriorating, by installing a protruding portion in the central part of a turbine moving blade, depositing metal on a surface of this protruding part in a way of evaporation, and forming a hardened layer thereon by ion implatation. CONSTITUTION:Protruding portions 3a and 3b are installed in the central part of a turbine moving blade 2, making them contact with each other. The turbine moving blade 2 is disposed in a vacuum vessel 11, and metal vapor 9 is deposited on a contact surface between these protruding portions 3a and 3b by an electron beam evaporator 8. Simultaneously an ion is implanted by an ion beam 7, forming a modified layer 10. With this constitution, thermal effect to a blade body is reduced, thus any deterioration in mechanical properties is preventable.
