Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable the mass-production of yellow-tail growth hormone, by preparing an E.coli recombination plasmid amplifying a deoxynucleotide chain coding a yellow-tail pre-growth hormone containing yellow-tail growth hormone. CONSTITUTION:Pituitary gland of yellow-tail extracted from a yellow-tail is disintegrated in a guanidium thiocyanate solution. An RNA fraction is collected and concentrated by centrifugal separation and bonded with an ampicillin- resistant gene of plasmid pSI4001 and a cloning primer. The obtained plasmid is introduced into a host E.coli DH1 strain and the strain is grown on an agar medium. The obtained amplifier plasmid of a yellow-tail pre-growth hormone structure gene has a duplex structure having a total length of 3,851 base pairs and containing a deoxynucleotide chain coding a yellow-tail growth hormone and an ampicillin resistant gene of pSI4001.
