(17S)-17,20-Dimethyl9(0)-methanoDELTA-prostaglandin I1 may be cited as the compound shown by the formula. The compound shown by the formula is readily obtained by a well-known method. A dose of isocarbacyclin is 0.01mug-100mg/kg weight/day.
