COAL DRYING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To provide an increased life for a drier, by a method wherein a sample robot is disposed to a carrier conveyor, and a control device, capable of regulating a mixing ratio of each coal brand fed from each blending tank to a coal drier, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A sample robot 25, sampling coal of each brand and capable of inspecting the samples coal for component, is situated to the end part, through which coal is fed to each of blending tanks 8A-8D, of a carrier conveyor 7, and an inspection result signal S is transmitted to a control device 23. The control device 23 monitors a brand containing quantities of components by which corrosion is caused, and decreases an amount of coal charged from a mixing tank, where the brand is contained, to the secondary crasher 11 side. Finally, a mixing ratio of each coal brand fed to a coal drier 16 is regulated by the control device, and actuation of a vibration feeder 9 of each of the blending tanks 8A-8D. As a result, the coal drier 16 is inhibited against corrosion, and its life can be increased.
